Deposit conditions are as follows:
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM10

Withdrawal

- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name

Bonus and Promotion Terms
cuci44 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn.
Approved calculation examples:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
- Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,488 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320
Additional terms related to bonuses are as follows:
- Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users
- cuci44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are indications of misuse
- Other promotions such as cashback, VIP and related programmes are subject to their respective terms
- cuci44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end any promotion without prior notice
The cuci44 VIP programme offers weekly cashback at varying rates by tier: Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. Progression in the VIP programme depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

Game Rules
All games offered on the cuci44 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports, and 4D lottery — have their own rules displayed within each game's interface. It is the user's responsibility to understand the game rules before placing any bet.
Game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless a technical error can be proven. In the case of a technical error that affects a game result, cuci44 reserves the right to void the bets involved and return the original stake to the player.
- Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled except under certain permitted circumstances.

- Settle all active bets before requesting closure.
- Withdraw any eligible balance before or during the closure process.
- Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
If an account is closed by cuci44 due to a breach of these Terms, the balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. cuci44 will communicate this decision via the registered email address.
